Eyelets are one piece construction, and require a pre-punched hole in the correct diameter and a suitable tool for fastening (rolling) the shaft end of the eyelet.Eyelets are available in three different lengths for fastening through different thickness materials or stacks of paper. Perfect for binding Legal Documents, Financial Reports, leases, contracts, sales tages, ID cards, lift tickets, craft and hobby items, and lots more. Tens of Thousands in use. All eyelets have a 5/16" outside diameter, 5/32" inside diameter.The Long #1 eyelet is for thick card stock. Its twice the depth of the medium eyelet. Can be used with Laminated Sheets, Paper, Rubber, Baseball Caps, Hats, Belts and other Trimmings. It has a 25 sheet capacity depth (5/32").The Medium #2 eyelet is the standard eyelet for Tags, Laminated Sheets, Paper, Rubber, Baseball Caps, Hats, Belts and other Trimmings. It has a 15 sheet capacity depth (1/8"). The Short #3 eyelet is for thin card stock. Its half the depth of the medium eyelet. Can be used with Laminated Sheets, Paper, Rubber, Baseball Caps, Hats, Belts and other Trimmings. It has a 7 sheet capacity depth (3/32").
